We recently had the chance to talk to Quingo Flyte owner Mrs Dutton about her experience of owning a Flyte and she was so kind we would like to share it with you.
Customer satisfaction is our first priority and we go to great pains to make your experience of owning any Quingo scooter as simple and pleasurable as possible.
Would you say the process of ordering and arranging delivery of your Flyte was simple and our staff were helpful and welcoming? Yes
Would you say our assessor was professional, listened to your needs, and was helpful in assisting you to choose the right Quingo for you? Yes
Did you enjoy the presentation, assessment and test drive experience? I enjoyed the test drive more than anything!
Did the assessment leave you feeling that you had been offered the best possible scooter for your needs? Yes
Our assessors are under strict instructions not to use a hard sell, and even to refuse to sell our range if there is any doubt as to our product’s suitability or a customer’s ability to safely use our scooters. Did you at any point feel pressured to buy our products by your assessor? There was nothing like that
Do you feel the engineer who visited to install and configure your Flyte was professional, addressed your needs and did a good job of configuring your scooter for your personal comfort? Yes
You recently were visited by one of our engineers so we could carry out your annual service. Does having the regular service increase your confidence in your Quingo? Oh definitely!
It is always a pleasure to hear how our scooters are making positive changes in their owner’s lives. Would you say your Flyte has improved your quality of life? Definitely, The fact I can get around and about instead of hobbling on sticks!
Many of our customers say they have regained their independence by owning a scooter, would you say your Flyte has done this for you? Yes previously my husband had to push me everywhere in a wheelchair and he has spinal problems which doesn’t help! This meant previously the only place I ever went was to a shop.
Do you find your Flyte makes it easier to accomplish day to day tasks such as shopping? Yes, I find shopping is very easy.
What other tasks and activities has your Flyte allowed you to accomplish? I can go and see things I used to love to go and see years ago, things I used to do when I could walk I can do once again
Where else do you go on your Flyte? I have been to the National Memorial recently.
Where have you visited using your Flyte that would not have been possible before? Yes I have been to the woods!
Would you be interested in finding out about more scooter friendly routes and venues? Not really I think I know them all I think!
Do you feel safe when driving your Flyte? Oh yes I’m absolutely fine!
Is your Flyte comfortable and leave you feeling fresh when you reach your destination or have finished your outings? Yes
What would you say is the most significant benefit your Flyte has brought to your life? Being able to get out the house in the first place and being able to go to places I wanted to but couldn’t.
You say your Flyte attracts a crowd when you are loading and unloading, are people surprised as to how easy it is to load and unload and how compact it is? Oh it attracts a crowd alright.. They stop and look and talk to my husband as he loads and unloads it. The look of astonishment on their faces as it loads and unloads under its own steam is brilliant. The biggest crowd I get is in Tescos, the number of people who stop me and comment on it being just the right size is amazing.. they also ask where I got it from!
Do you feel that the added benefits of owning a Quingo scooter, such as easy comprehensive insurance cover and our 3 year warranty, give you peace of mind? Oh definitely!
Overall all how would you rate your experience of owning a Quingo? Can I say 15 out of 10? It’s the best machine I have ever tested and I am very pleased to own it!
Did you try any other mobility scooters before you decided the Flyte offered you the advantages you wanted from a scooter? Oh yes I’ve still got one my husband still uses it but he says “How did I manage with this thing?” It is a great big thing that was very difficult to load. I couldn’t have done it on my own! With a Quingo it’s easy.
Finally would you recommend Quingo to a friend, or family member, who are looking for a mobility scooter? I’ve already done that lots of times! It is a dream of a machine!
