Quingo Home Assessment
We were delighted to get this letter after Mr Lugg had a home assessment
Re: ‘QUINGO flyte’ 5-WHEEL PORTABLE MOBILITY SCOOTER AND DOCKING STATION
I apologise for the lateness in sending this letter, and will not bore you with a catalogue of reasons (excuses?!) for the delay in writing.
On the 8th September, 2015, promptly at the agreed time, your representative, ‘Graham’, I regret that I have no surname for the gentleman- visited me at the above address, to discuss and demonstrate some of the ‘QUINGO’ range of mobility scooters.
Having, before Graham’s visit, received and watched several times your promotional DVD, much of Graham’s preamble was already familiar to me and served to reinforced my thoughts. May I congratulate you on the content of the DVD presentation: informative, concise, and covering all of the aspects which I consider important.
Having discussed the merits of each model of ‘QUINGO’ scooter, under Graham’s guidance and sympathetic questioning, (without any pressure!), I decided to further investigate the ‘QUINGO Flyte’
My car, a VOLVO estate, was quickly prepared, (totally by Graham), for a demonstration and, subsequently, loading and unloading were executed by your representative and also by me, under his instruction.
Those operations were followed by a full explanation of the various mechanisms and controls and a very constructive and instructive ‘test ride’ was undertaken under the close tutelage of Graham. I found that that ride was very well conducted and adequately covered every aspect of handling the scooter.
On returning here, I gave a detailed analysis of my requirements of the construction and operation of the scooter, and the technical and operational details were very fully discussed and explained: Graham’s enthusiasm for your product and his knowledge of the machine were exemplary and could no be faulted! He is an excellent ambassador for your Company and represents and presents your Company and its products in a most friendly, (without being over familiar), knowledgeable and courteous manner.
I have completed your ‘Client Assessment Form’ and enclose same, herewith; but I thought it necessary to amplify the answers given- hence this letter. The many unique features demonstrated in the DVD and during Graham’s time spent with me are, without doubt, most worthy of wider acknowledgement by scooter users.
Whilst I have not immediately pursued the purchase of a ‘QUINGO Flyte’, this is in no way due to any shortcoming in the scooter’s capabilities. At present, I am able to manage my reduced and reducing mobility, but recognise that the time is approaching when I shall need to seek some additional aid.
What I have seen and discussed with Graham guides me to believe that the ‘QUINGO Flyte’ scooter is the machine whose function would be hard ifnot impossible – to match with any other scooter which I have investigated. I am sure that, D.V., I shall, in due course, be in contact with your Company, to arrange supply.
May I ask you, please, to convey my grateful thanks to Graham for giving me his time and for so kindly dealing with my many questions. At no time did I feel pressured in to making a purchase and the whole experience was a great pleasure to me.
In closing, may I congratulate your Company, on producing a splendid design- a British product, which is, to me, another merit!
I apologise for the length of this letter, but I wished to fully express my satisfaction and appreciation of the attention given to my personal requirements and the space available on the Form was not totally adequate to do that.
Yours Sincerely Peter J Lugg
