One of the major advantages of working at Quingo is you get to hear how we are helping to make people’s lives better. We like to keep in contact with our customers just to make sure that our scooters and our service team are improving things for you.
Pleased to report this month I have done lots and lots of riding! The sun seems to finally have his hat on and we have had some super weather. I hope it is here to stay and I hope that you are all making the most of the weather and having fun with your ponies!

We really are delighted when one of our scooters makes such a difference to someone’s life. You tell us that your Quingo has “given me my life back” what are the main ways that your Quingo has enabled you to lead a full, happy life again?
We would like to thank our customers for their kind comments, it is good to know that we are giving great service!
Mr Blain – “My scooter has made a great deal of difference to my life. I am 94 years old and I can now ride around my village, gossip to my friends and even shop at the village market again. The scooter was a great help on Remembrance Sunday. I am a member of The Royal British Legion and my role was to read the Requiem at the Memorial. In the past I have had to be helped to the service but it was a great relief to be able to get there this year under my own steam.”
It is really nice to hear from our customers, especially when they have such nice things to say.
At Quingo we take customer satisfaction very seriously. To this end we ask customers what their experience has been at various points in their ownership. From the demo, to their impressions of the product and even when their scooters are serviced. These are just a few of the kind comments we have received recently.
We recently got a lovely letter from D-day Veteran and Legion D-Honneur holder Mr Gordon Prime.
He recently visited a local airshow and took his portable Quingo Flyte with him.
It is always nice to get feedback from our customers and it is even better when someone takes the time to send us a letter having taken delivery of a Vitess 2 under our contract hire plan.
